TOURISM INVESTMENT IN FAYOUM GOVERNORATE OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES

Abstract

Tourism is the most important global industries in terms of the
generation of added value and jobs, and because of its important role in the
development and support the economy, this has become an area where
competing countries, especially developing to attract the largest share of
guides and visitors, investors, and in the exploitation of natural and human
resources available in the state and distribution of the product development
processes in the country, and the distribution of income generated on the
largest of the citizens of the state number as Egypt took interest in tourism investment, including holdings of comparative advantages attractive for
tourism investment, and the availability of sites and elements can be exploited
tourist, and the establishment and development projects and patterns of
tourism. Therefore it made plans for tourism development focused on
encouraging tourism investments, and supports the promotion and marketing
of tourism programs and care about creating the investment climate, and
resolve what faces the investment of difficulties, and it was announced by
Minister of Investment regarding the creation of a body of economic
promotion track the Prime Minister to provide a valid investment climate to
accompany the implementation of the reform a comprehensive economic,
based on three axes are the focus of the structural reform of the public budget
of the state and the developmental axis and the axis of legislative reform.
The study on the quantitative approach adopted as a tool for data
collection in order to achieve the objectives of the study and as Fayoum
governorate one of the governorates of Egypt tourism, including holdings of
elements to attract multiple tourist they need to invest to exploit their tourism
resources untapped, to benefit from the tourism investment to support the local
economy and to improve the Late placed returns in the list of human
development in the governorates of Egypt, and to take advantage of its
findings on the positive revitalization and development activities and
industries related to tourism and its role in development and the consequent
support of the national economy.
