The sample was divided into three categories based on the sizes of companies (large, medium, and small) according to the diversity of manufacturing activity (cattle, poultry, fish...). The diversification is reflected in increasing the added value through the optimal economic utilization of; company's resources, market share, value of investments, institutional administrative structure, foreign partnerships, design capacity & actual production of production lines, diversity of fish feed products, value added according to feed type and protein unit, relative importance of feed demand according to type, value added according to the marketing path, the strategic analysis of fish feed companies. The results show that the largest share of the price is obtained by the raw materials’ companies, and its percentage decreases with the increase in the investment value and market share of the feed manufacturing companies.
