THE ROLE OF DOMESTIC LEADERS IN THE PROMOTION OF ENVIRONMENTAL INDUSTRIES IN THE NEW VALLEY GOVERNORATE (AL WADI AL GADID) .

Abstract

The research aims to identify the role of domestic leaders in the promotion of
environmental industries, and determines the correlation between studied-independent
variables and the role of domestic leaders in the promotion of environmental
industries . The research was conducted in the new valley (Al Wadi Al Gadid)
Governorate where Al Monira village was selected from the center of kharja, Al
Bashandy village from the center of Dakhla, the village of Major General Sobih from
the center of Farafra, and the village of Baghdad from the center of Paris, also data
were gathered by interviewing 167 people who underwent research from studied
villages, using a questionnaire form specially prepared for the study and they have
been randomly chosen in an organized way ; and it's used in the presentation and
analysis of repetitive data, percentages, the arithmetic average, and the simple
correlation coefficient of Pearson .
The main figures are as follows: The results showed that 50% of the activities
of the environmental industries which the role of domestic leaders was high, while
showing that 35% in average , 15% in low, and the figures indicate that 38.9 of the
domestic leaders their role represented in the promotion of high environmental
industries, While 27% of them that their role was low, their role was average in the
promotion of environmental industries, and the figures show that 61.1% people who
underwent research, which their role was low to moderate .
Figures indicate that the role of rural leaders in promotion of environmental
industries which were immateriality at moral level 0, 01 by the following;
Course Rate towards activities of the environmental industries, Rate of
opinion leadership, Rate of access to resources of information on environmental
industries, And Rate of reaching new-fangled.
While it was moral at rate 0.5 to a variable rate of learning researcher, And
the rate of family members contribution in the environmental industries, while there
were not a moral to the variable Age.
The most important proposals are: to clarify the role of local leaders to
participate in development, and to clarify the purpose of dissemination of innovations
in matters of environmental industry leaders ,and relying on youth and their
involvement in the activities of environmental industries .
