THE ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL EFFECTS OF APPLYING THE NEW SYSTEM BREAD IN BENI SUEF

Abstract

The present study aimed mainly to identify the effects of the economic
and social system for the application of the new bread on the agriculture sector
Beni Suef .Also, to identify the impact of the system to the citizens and the
most important problems and obstacles facing the implementation of the
system and recommendations to solve them. The study adopted scientific
methods to achieve its goals. It was found from the results of a study that the
production cost of a loaf of bread Compatible 0.3135 pts. at countryside
baker's and reached about 30.43 at urban bakers. The study shows that the
most important economic indicators for the production of subsidized bread is
the net supply for the sack weighing 100 kg where it was about 45.61 pounds
to the countryside and about 57, 08 for the urban sample return on invested
about ,11 pound for countryside sample and about ,15 for the urban sample . It
was found from for the rest of economic indicators for the sample of the study
have a profitable and positive impact on the owner of the baker's. For the
problems facing the baker's owners, the most important, turned out to be low
quality of flour and breakdowns teller machines and high labor costs. The
results showed that the application of the system had an impact on some of the
variables in the agriculture sector, where increased acreage under wheat
increased by 22, 05% and the acreage under corn by 19,19% and quantitative
wheat supplied to the State by 21,12% .
The most important recommendations of the study in the light of the
results.
1- Assigning process of issuing and renewing smart cards to the Ministry of
Planning or the Ministry of Defense and creating an accurate database for
all citizens.
2- Working to add the kids that are not covered by the system.
3- Control provisions on Bakeries participate in the system to ensure the
production of a good loaf of bread.
4- Creating a bakery produces a million loaves a day authorized by armed
forces or any governmental body to avoid any failure of the private sector
bakeries specially in urban density areas.
5- Control provisions upon mills to produce good flour conforms to
specifications.
6- Work on the provision of barns and silos, which accommodate domestic
product of wheat to increase the cultivated area and increase the quantity
supplied to the State.
7- Reconsidering the category deserve support and give monetary support to
those who deserve it
