The aim of the study was to determine the level of rural youth attitudes towards borrowing, as well as to determine the relation between the total scores of rural youth attitudes towards borrowing and the independent variables studied, and to determine the contribution of each variable of the independent variables studied to the mean of Also identify the projects that can be successful in the research area, identify the reasons for borrowing from the point of view of the respondents, and finally identify the suggestions of the respondents to maximize the utilization of loans. The research was carried out in four villages of Al-Maraga and Al-Balina districts in Sohag Governorate, Al-Amour village, Shandawil Al-Baladab, Maragha districts, and Mazata and Samata villages in Al-Balina. The sample size was 120 respondents at the level of the four studied villages. The sample represented 26% of the total respondents. Data were collected through the personal interview in the month of Despemer 2018 using the Questionnaire form and used in the data display and statistical analysis frequency and percentage, Pearson's simple correlation coefficient, and the Multiple regression coefficient were used for data analyzing.. The most important results were as follows: 1- The level of the attituds of nearly three-quarters of the respondents (70%) towards borrowing was positive 2- The total attituds of the respondents towards borrowing had a significant positive relationship at level of 0.01 by variables of number of family members, size of animal holdings, size of farm tenure, monthly income, expenditure, number of times of borrowing and the culture of self-employment, Benefit researched from of loans,wanting the researched in loans futurity. 3- The variables of the size of agricultural tenure, the size of animal holdings, the number of times of borrowing, the degree of expenditure, and the culture of selfemployment contributed to the interpretation of the variation in the total attituds of rural youth towards borrowing 4- Commercial enterprises ranked first in projects that can be successful in the search area by 80% of the respondents. 5- Poverty ranked first in the causes of borrowing by 80% of the respondents
