Abstract

The objective of the study was: To identify the social and economical impacts of rural employment in the ecotourism sector and related variables, Rural and tourism sectors and related variables. - finding a significant correlationamong tourism and agriculture workers in relation to all the social variables of the study: cultural openness, Geographical openness, Participation in development projects, the level of family cohesion, and the leadership level, Except for membership in organizations." -finding showed a significant correlation between the workers in the tourism sector and the farmer in relation to all the economic variables of the study: average monthly income, ownership of household appliances, size of farm holding, possession of farm animals. social insurance, setting up a private enterprise except for credit services. -The study ended with a discussion of its main findings and a set of recommendations that may help increase rural attitudes towards tourism. -All inhabitants who working in the ecotourism were selected, but only 228 only of them could be interviewed, Also, a random sample of farmers in the same village were selected (125 out of 205) according to kragssg& Morgan equation, Data we collecting using pre- tested questionnaires. Chi test, percentages, Kramer factor, averages and standard deviation were used to analyze data
